THE “CENTRALE
FINANZIARIA GENERALE”
It is a private financial institution, which intends to provide its services
for the development of investment in infrastructure and for economic growth
in the Euro-Mediterranean region.
The Euro-Mediterranean region is an area of great opportunities which,
in the past, were not enhanced adequately due to complex political, social
and economic reasons.
Currently many political initiatives are being taken by the European Union
and by the industrial, service and financial sectors, with a view to strengthening
bonds and cooperation between Mediterranean European countries and Northern
Africa and Middle East countries, in particular.
The "Centrale Finanziaria Generale" is a young financial company
which – though within the limits of its size – provides its services to
Italian and Mediterranean entrepreneurs, where needed and feasible, also
in close cooperation with the public sector and international organizations,
with a view to promoting new opportunities for integrated development.

The "Centrale Finanziaria Generale" is a financial company registered
in the register under Article 113 of the Legislative Decree 1/9/93.
Its shareholders include:
- Assicurazioni Generali;
- Allianz;
- Banca Popolare dell’Emilia Romagna;
- Amenduni Acciaio;
- Toti Pierluigi.

Its corporate governance and audit bodies are the following:
- the Shareholders’ Meeting;
